A fantastic experience from start to finish; from Michael who did our initial visit through to Shug and James who carried out the fitting and everyone I spoke to on the phone in between. It was a pleasure having the fitters around for the duration of the job and they went over and above to ensure everything was completed to an excellent standard (despite the wasp hazard!) we're delighted with our new windows and back door and will definitely be back in touch to have the front door replaced in future. Brilliant all round service and I would also highly recommend Clyde Windows!”

Gordon who initially came out knew I wanted straight talking no big sales pitch, very good and knowledgeable without the chat. Customer service was the only let down, no contact for updates had to contact them a few times scheduled dates that I had to reschedule for work purposes.”

Right from my first appointment with Gordon, everything was explained fully and was given all information required up til final fitting. Tom and Alan my fitters, were great, very tidy and explained everything fully to me. Left no mess whatsoever, great guys to have working in your house. The difference the windows have made to the house in unbelievable..Totally transformed the look of it and looking forward to noticing the difference they've made in the winter. We have a lot of road noise at back of house and Gordon suggested an acoustic glass window. This has been great, it's cut down the noise in the room considerably. We also had 2 new replacement hoppers and glass in the door in conservatory. They were fitted by a different engineer, didn't catch his name, perhaps Neil????, he was very knowledgeable and very tidy also. All in all, a terrific company to work with and totally recommend them to anyone replacing their windows. Different house altogether. Update 26/6/26 We noticed a tiny flaw on living room window between panes of glass. Pics were taken on fitting and glass has been replaced already. Now PERFECT. Fitters were great on this too. I was most apprehensive about installation but it was all completed within the 3 day timescale and our fitters, John and Sam, were the most hard working and nicest guys to have working in the house.
